The grant, made to the Suquamish Tribe, is one of 36 grants announced Tuesday by the EPA as part of a $30 million appropriation to the Puget Sound Estuary Program. Tribes and local governments throughout the region are the recipients of all but two grants, which are destined for state agencies.
