TACOMA, Wash. -- Hundreds of scientists are sharing their latest research on the health of Puget Sound.The scientists are meeting Wednesday at the South Sound Science Symposium in Tacoma. Discussions range from water quality and habitat issues to changes in marine bird populations.

Representatives of local, tribal, state and federal governments also are present, as well as business, agricultural and environmental groups.
